  • What can I expect once I register for a field trip?
    Here are the steps once you register: - Step 1: Please allow up to 48 hours for me to send you an email with payment information. If you don't hear from me within that time, feel free to reach out. - Step 2: Send me a payment via venmo, zelle, or paypal. - Step 3: I'll send you a payment receipt. - Step 4: I'll send a detailed email regarding the field trip/event, 2-3 days prior.
  • Would I be able to receive a refund?
    If I'm notified more than a week ahead of time, I am more than likely able to send a refund. Here are the scenarios: 1) If I must purchase tickets in advance, then I'll need to fill your spots before sending a refund. 2) If I'm paying a flat fee and we have satisfied the minimum amount needed, then I can send a refund. If we haven't satisfied it, I'll need to fill your spots. 3) I can send a refund if I haven't made a payment yet. If I'm notified within a week of the field trip, it is less likely that I can send a refund.
  • What if I have younger or older students that are outside of the grade levels for a particular field trip?
    I will always specify the grade levels that are allowed if there are restrictions. These are your options: 1) You can drop off your kid(s) that are within the grade levels allowed and explore the area while you're waiting. 2) Make other arrangements for your other kid(s) and attend the field trip with your kid(s) that are allowed. 3) Your kid(s) can attend with other friends that will also be there.
